The BC04K Laser Welding Head is an economical laser cladding head designed for 4kW fiber lasers. It features manually adjustable collimation and is compatible with triple, quadruple, and annular nozzles. Optional configurations include coaxial CCD monitoring, lens contamination monitoring, and closed-loop temperature control units, offering high overall cost-effectiveness. It is mainly used for cladding small parts, local reinforcement and repair of large components, and fine 3D printing processing.
